When individuals are ambulatory, we provide outpatient opioid detox here in our Happy Valley facility at Premiere Recovery Center. When patients require greater oversight and care, an inpatient opioid detox center is recommended for best treatment of opioid dependence.

When it comes to opioid addiction treatment programs, there are inpatient and outpatient treatment options. A good treatment plan for opioid use disorder tapers treatment from high intensity in the beginning to less treatment over time, as the patient heals and strengthens.
Patients sometimes start with inpatient rehab for opiate addiction then move to outpatient treatment as the patient works through the rehab and requires less intense treatment. Other patients move directly into intensive outpatient opioid treatment, bypassing inpatient treatment options for opioid addiction all together.
Governmental guidelines put out by the national institutes of health, national institute on drug abuse, substance abuse and mental health services administration, centers for disease control and prevention (CDC), and food and drug administration (FDA) recommend prescribing various long-term maintenance treatments for opioid abuse.

At Premiere Recovery Center, we are an opiate addiction treatment center providing intensive opiate outpatient treatment and we help manage symptoms of opiate withdrawal. The patients in our facility are ambulatory and in need of 9-20 hours (“Level 2.1”) or 20+ hours (“Level 2.5”) of intensive treatment weekly, but they don’t require hospitalization or 24-hour care. Our model replaces the traditional residential opioid addiction treatment program in that our patients receive more intensive daily programming, yet in an outpatient setting. This allows the patients in our opioid recovery center to sleep in their own homes, if they like. This means much greater flexibility at a lower cost, with a smoother transition post-rehab.
We are located in Happy Valley near the junction of I-205 and 82nd Avenue. This location affords a quiet, private, comfortable environment for the healing work to be done. Our opiate recovery center sits far enough outside of Portland to be quiet and still, yet close enough to be easily accessible. We primarily serve residents of Clackamas, Multomah, and Washington Counties, but naturally, will happily accept anyone who wants our help. We accept all major insurances and self-pay.

As part of our opiate addiction rehab, we offer upscale, comfortable supportive housing as an extended service in our opioid treatment program. We’ve selected beautiful large homes in Happy Valley (men) and Pleasant Valley (women) where our patients may stay during their opioid addiction rehab if they like.
These homes are spacious, comfortable, clean and sober, quiet spaces to support rehab for opioid addiction. They offer plenty of privacy and plenty of amenities to maximize your comfort while healing.
After release from opioid treatment centers, some patients benefit from continued support. For this purpose, we are proudly affiliated with Premiere Sober Living. This is a transitional housing option. It offers a clean-and-sober, compassionate environment for the individual to continue their opioid rehab work before stepping full-scale back into the real world.
Individuals may move into Premiere Sober Living transitional housing after release from Premiere Recovery Center or other treatment centers for opioid addiction.
