Why We are Here

Our dedicated clinicians and therapists feel compelled to help fix the massive problem of substance use disorder and alcohol use disorder epidemics damaging our families and plaguing our communities. Our communities are suffering greatly from these problems.

Addictions cause us to experience pitiful and incomprehensible demoralization, losses of ethics and integrity, relationships and families, homes, jobs, health and happiness, finances, and more. Loss of loved ones from drug overdose is common, and tragic. We are in a position to help with this problem, and we want to.

We understand that at the moment when individuals may be seeking help for addictions, decisions such as where to go and how to pay for it become monumental, and paralyzing. Inpatient or outpatient? Separate detox facility or all in one?

This is also why we have situated ourselves as a hub of referral information to other facilities: to help guide individuals to get exactly the kind of help that will best serve them at this time.

We want to help.

What We Treat

At Premiere Recovery Center treatment facility, we treat all sorts of substance use disorders and other mental health challenges in our intensive outpatient programs. We see a lot of fentanyl addiction (opioid use disorder) and alcohol use disorder in our addiction treatment center, and we usually find co-occurring mental health challenges underlying the substance abuse. We also see addictions to all of the other substances as well – the other opioids such as heroin and oxycodone, cocaine and its derivatives, methamphetamine, and more.

We treat everything. Even individuals suffering from the most complex withdrawal symptoms, substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues can find relief through our substance abuse treatment services. Mental health, behavioral health – whatever you’re battling, we want to help.

Where We Are Located

We are located in Happy Valley, Oregon, off of SE 82nd Avenue near the junction to I-205. We proudly serve our neighbors in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties, in addition to our neighbors a bit further out in the Pacific Northwest region.

We selected this area intentionally because it is conducive to the kind of treatment we deliver. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, private, and far enough outside of the fray of the city to feel still, but close enough for easy access from anywhere.

Our Outpatient Treatment Services
Treatment Options to Enhance Mental, Physical, and Behavioral Health

Premiere Recovery Center is an intensive outpatient addiction treatment center. We provide outpatient services to ambulatory individuals at levels of care 2.1 (9-20 weekly therapy hours) and 2.5 (20+ weekly hours). This treatment program model replaces the traditional residential treatment center and provides more intensive treatment, greater flexibility for demands of work and life, a smoother transition post-rehab because individuals remain in their usual environments throughout treatment, and tremendous cost savings.

We employ a holistic approach to treatment options, engaging multiple health professionals with varying specialties for each patient’s care. We use evidence-based modalities, customized to each patient’s unique needs.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one mental health services are critical to work with the patient’s unique set of challenges and provide targeted mental health treatment. The patient’s progress is monitored largely through these individual sessions.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions capitalize on humans’ innate tendency to band together and support each other in tough times. Led and monitored by qualified therapists, group therapy helps individuals understand that firstly they are not alone in their challenges and suffering, and secondly, from hearing others speak, patients see that they have a choice in how to view past events. We can’t change the past, but we can change how we look at it and feel about it, which changes our response to it.

CBT and DBT

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are common treatment modalities employed in both individual and group therapy sessions. Both are types of talking therapy, relying on what is expressed as indicative of thoughts and beliefs (“cognitive”), which then translates into behavior. Thus, changing the thinking changes the behavior.

Meditation

Developing better life skills includes a meditation practice. This helps calm the mind, heal the brain, and reduce cravings.

Medical and Nutritional Oversight

When patients arrive at our Center, their physical health is often out of balance. Long-term drug/alcohol use tends to deplete certain vitamins and minerals in the body and possibly cause other health concerns. We ensure our patients are receiving the medical health care they need.

Physical Wellness

Functional fitness and recovery yoga groups meet twice weekly, led by masters level coaches. Programming is tailored to each individual to bridge the mind-body connection and help release the traumas locked in the tissues.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Using medication to help overcome substance use disorders is common and usually an important part of the treatment plan. If individuals can be more comfortable while withdrawing from substances, alleviating their withdrawal discomfort and allowing them to focus on healing, we support that. Withdrawal from some substances (e.g., opioids and alcohol) requires some medication-assisted treatment to treat the intense symptoms of withdrawal from these substances.

Clinician Meetings

Our clinicians meet regularly to discuss the progress of each of our patients. This ensures all patients are getting the holistic and comprehensive quality of care that each deserves and needs.

Family Therapy

Patients with their families’ support have the highest chances of long-term sobriety success. We work with families to help them better understand how best to support their loved one.

Clean-And-Sober Housing Options

For added recovery support through treatment, we have also purchased two luxury homes in the area:

Pleasant Valley (women) and Happy Valley (men). These homes are massive, spacious, clean-and-sober, quiet, supportive environments with every conceivable amenity, aimed to maximize our patients’ comfort during treatment. Patients are invited to stay with us if they like.

We are also affiliated with Premiere Sober Living, a transitional housing facility in the area. When individuals would like clean-and-sober aftercare support for a bit more time, they are welcome to live here.

Let Us Help

We are here because we care. We care about helping individuals recover from the battles endured with drug addiction and learn to live clean healthy lives, helping them make positive societal impacts.
